Our Leadership

Jeff VanderGiessen

Co-founder, Amplio Group Lead

Bio

Jeff co-founded Amplio Systems (now Amplio Group) alongside Nate Krause in 2013 to help churches move the mission forward. Previously, he spent eight years in senior leadership at Mars Hill Church in Seattle, developing the church’s multisite strategy and leading the church from a single location to fifteen locations throughout the western US. During his time, he served on the leadership team that raised over $15M for twenty four campus plants/re-plants as they navigated perpetual seasons of growth. He, his wife Cassi, and their five children live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Nate Krause

Co-founder, Amplio Systems & Portable Lead

Bio

Nate co-founded Amplio Systems alongside Jeff VanderGiessen in 2013 to help churches move the mission forward. Previously, Nate served as the Technical Director at Seacoast Church in South Carolina and worked as a design consultant for a consulting group. Nate currently resides in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife, Amanda.

Daryl Cripe

Amplio Strategy & Campaigns Lead

Bio

Daryl has spent the past several years partnering with more than a couple hundred churches of all sizes, styles, and denominations across the country, focusing on strategic growth planning, vision campaigns, executive coaching, facility design, weekend evaluation, technology design, and discipleship.

Previously, he lead similar initiatives for Execheo. Daryl also spent 10+ years in leadership at three highly strategic churches and worked for Universal Studios / Universal Music Group. He lives in the suburbs of Indianapolis with his high school sweetheart, Danna, and their two children. He loves to laugh and is slightly obsessed with dark chocolate.

Brian Turnbull

Church Relations Lead

Bio

Brian is passionate about sitting down with church leaders and encouraging them while diving deep into their vision and culture.   Prior to joining Amplio, he spent most of his life around St. Louis, MO where he spent several years as Director of Production & Technology for a large multi-site church.  Brian lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife Jamie and their two boys.
